I recently visited Trotters in Harrogate, and although I didn’t eat here on this occasion, I still came away with a really positive impression. The atmosphere was warm, relaxed, and genuinely pleasant — the kind of place where you feel comfortable as soon as you walk in. What stood out most were the people. The locals were friendly, welcoming, and happy to chat, which gave the whole place a lovely community feel. Even without trying the food, it was clear that Trotters is well‑loved and has a steady, relaxed buzz that makes it an easy spot to spend time in. I’ll definitely be returning to try the menu, but based on the atmosphere alone, it’s already somewhere I’d happily recommend. A really nice, inviting place in the heart of Harrogate.
Watched the England’s lady’s team win the final against Spain. Great atmosphere we always call in when at Harrogate.not often the barmaid remembers your first round when you go back to the bar.
Friendly welcoming staff. The regulars were welcoming also. Enjoyed playing a bit of catch with the dog. Enjoyed the theme and artwork on display. Had sport on tv. Well worth calling In for a few.
