This place is absolute amazing. I took a trip down there in my 3 wheeler and was absolutely astonished on what the Mitchell’s have achieved with this extravagance. I highly recommend the food and bevs this place has to offer I will 100% be returning to this highlight of the town “Yeovil” up the waggy!
A great pub (one of the very few left out of town). Always friendly staff. Lots of loud banter. Everyone very welcoming and decent people. The place holds a reputation for being rough and violent but I can assure it is the opposite and Ian Foster's review below is about a different wagtail as this is not an establishment that does food except for skittles, pool, football or dart teams
Lovely local pub that can take my kids to. They do a limited bar menu of mainly pizzas, chips and paninis but the food is good.
Rough council estate pub - grubby around the edges and mediocre beer. Staff are friendly enough which is more than can be said of the chavvy regulars. Well below average - shame because 30 years ago it was a really good pub with excellent beers and food.
