Absolutely fantastic pub! The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, with friendly staff ,especially Connor, who go above and beyond. The food is delicious and the drinks selection is excellent. Cozy interiors, great music, and a real community feel. A perfect spot to relax, highly recommended!
Fabulous Sunday lunch today - succulent lamb that was melt in the mouth! And they bought us extras!! We were served by Connor who was absolutely lovely and so friendly. Would highly recommend *****
The food was amazing and the staff really looked after us. The staff were very accommodating moving tables around so we could sit comfortably with 2 toddlers.
My friend and I had a great experience here. We were greeted with a huge smile when we arrived for lunch and the excellent friendly service continued throughout our visit. We enjoyed a tasty meal and our request for changes were no problem. Thank you for making us feel so welcome and feeding us so well.
A lovely pub with an intimate bar area that makes a great ‘third space’ for the modern pub go-er. The whole interior is organic and charming, it’s a real liveable space with no plastic in sight. There are however, in light of a noticeable decline in footfall recently, a few suggestions I would make: - There are people who have been many times that did not know you did food and cocktails until I told them. The menus are hidden away and sepia-toned. I’m not suggesting fuchsia, but make them colourful, classy and all over the place. - I see those Bose speakers, and from the other reviews and my own experiences, the music is a great joy of a pub like yours. I’m not suggesting to go full listening bar, but don’t be afraid to play some music you like, and share that passion. - Your instagram has 750 ish followers and there has been no post since April. People are addicted to their phones, get them out into your lovely pub instead. Kindest regards. :)
