6 of us visited and there were plenty of seats on Saturday afternoon. Had the fish n chips and it was excellent. Fresh flaky meat with crispy batter. Changed the chips to twister fries. And it was an excellent choice!ordering was convenient. Either thro qr code or at the counter. Staff were friendly and atmosphere was relaxed. Will definitely visit again just for the excellent fish n chips. Best I have had in a while.

Great pub, lively and relaxed atmosphere. Food and drink selection very good. Great prices and offers available. Great for all sports events and live bands every weekend, always very good. Staff always very friendly. Highly recommended.
Had some brilliant nights at O’Neills. Lauren, the landlady, is incredibly welcoming and really sets the tone, and the whole team behind the bar are friendly and attentive. It’s a great atmosphere every time—definitely a place I’ll be coming back to.
In Woking for a work trip. Just been to this pub for some food and a couple pints of Guinness. Nice burger. Let down by very bad customer service. Sat down at a table after ordering food to table 3. After a couple of minutes, was asked to move back a few tables as there was a band playing soon. Bit annoying but totally understandable, no problem. So I go back a few tables to the back area of the room. Burger and chips arrive and food is good. I go to buy another Guinness. Staff have been clearing tables, understood there’s a band playing and they want to clear the dance floor. One staff member comes to my table where I’m half way through a pint, and I can’t really hear what he’s saying as the music is so loud. He certainly doesn’t say he’s very sorry but he is asking me to move again. I told him I’m sitting there and want to finish my drink which I was half way through. I sit there for five minutes then get asked to move again by a different staff member. I then ask why they haven’t asked the couple sitting on the table in front, which is closer to the band stand. She mentions there is a sign saying the table get cleared at a certain time. I did not see this sign and it certainly wasn’t clear to me. If they are going to be so militant to ask you to move twice and disrupt you from enjoying your drink, then why not tell you before you order food that you have only got X amount of minutes before you’ll be asked to move? Or suggest a suggest area table where you will not be inconvenienced? Or how about just stop serving food if you’re not going to cater properly for it? Trying to do too much at once and disrespecting their paying customers, putting imaginary “future people on the dance floor” before current paying customers. You’d have thought they could read the room and at least let me finish my pint after asking me to move already and me giving them £25. It’s not what you say but the way you say it. Staff need to learn some basic customer service skills. “I’m really very sorry but we need to clear the tables for the dance floor, if you can please finish up your drink or don’t mind moving” simp stuff but too much to ask for apparently. Disrespectful to their own paying customers. Pretty extraordinary. Get your priorities straight and treat your paying customers better.
