Me and the wife went out for food before going to our weekend away. Couldn’t be more happier with the meal we had. I had the stake and could say with 100% confidence that it was better than any of the high end stake restaurants. The staff were friendly and helpful. The portions were very generous and the food was a very high quality. Amazing value for money and will be going back again. I would travel the 1 hour drive to just go for dinner again. Amazing and would highly recommend to all family and friends!
I have been coming here for years and have NEVER had a a bad meal. The staff throughout the years gave ALWAYS been welcoming and friendly no matter who has been working. My family and I went last night and I had the chicken and mushroom pie off the specials board and it was Delicious, I could have had more. One of the best, places to eat EVER. People need to use our local pubs more to keep them. Definitely give it a go guys
We went to Goodbarns Yard this evening to celebrate our 35th wedding anniversary, the service, food and atmosphere was fantastic. The portions sizes were very generous and good value for money.
Tasty food and great service! Onion rings and chips were really nice and fillet steak was cooked bang on, medium rare as ordered. My partner really enjoyed it.
Food was ok apart from stake salad cost £11 but the quality of the steak wasn’t good and tough. Took an hour for the food to arrive for 10 of us. However staffs are brilliant and helpful.
