Our serving staff were fantastic, both Asher & Aspen were exceptionally helpful, friendly, attentive and polite. The roasts were very nice & generous portions (apart from the vegetarian wellington’s pastry being undercooked). We would have stayed for dessert & more drinks but they don’t serve coffee - which was disappointing - so went elsewhere. Overall the experience was good.
We had another wonderful experience at Artful Duke! Aspen and Holly were absolutely amazing, so welcoming, attentive, and genuinely kind. They always go above and beyond, and it really shows in the way they take care of guests. Miguel, the manager, is exceptional. He runs the place with such professionalism and warmth, and you can feel his positive influence throughout the entire team. And a special shout out to the chef! Not only is he incredibly friendly, but the food he creates from the open kitchen is outstanding. Watching him work just adds to the whole experience. Excellent customer service from start to finish. We had a great time and can’t wait to come back! Thank you 🤩😁✨
A lovely pub with a nice atmosphere. Food was very flavoursome although it would’ve been perfect if the potatoes and pork belly crackling were crispy. The staff including Aspen were very friendly and accommodating to us as a family of five. I would highly recommend especially to families
I popped in for a quick supper and found this place absolutely fabulous. The atmosphere is very chilled. There is a TV with very low volume so people can enjoy the music in background. If you like to enjoy Golf instead of football, this is the right place. Regarding food, the menu has a great selection of traditional food but also very good options for a quick bite: I ordered some seasonal vegetables and some truffle and Parmesan fries, both delicious! Staff is also very nice, although they were run out of Parmesan for the fries, so had to swap it with some cheddar which completely hided the flavour of the truffle. They could tell me before ordering them but that is okay. The prices are very fair and the service is quite fast, well done 👏🏻
Aspen was absolutely wonderful and made my whole experience worthwhile. She was warm, attentive, and went above and beyond to make everything feel special. Her kindness and professionalism truly stood out, and she made the entire experience outstanding.
