This pub is full of locals and is very welcoming. There is the lounge, garden, sports bar and a variety of places to sit and watch the rugby/football. It is a green king pub with lots of different ciders in draft (Thatchers in 4 different flavours) and lots of beer which is regularly flowing and a good Guinness.
We always feel welcome at the Brunswick, lovely relaxed environment in the dining side and always have a great time on the bar side. We have also attended some of their event and they are all excellently organised! Food is always spot on and great value. Jo always welcomes us with a smile and provides us with brilliant service. Cannot fault the food, staff and atmosphere!

The food was spectacular. I really enjoyed chicken katsu. I had some drinks and they were also amazing and the prices (especially for students) are just great. Definitely coming back here.
My son found a sharp piece of plastic in his Ice Cream Mania complained got offered a refund but when I complained about the dirty glasses (was told the glass washers not working properly 🤢🤮) I said I would be leaving a bad review, too which I was told TO SHOVE IT and she walked away, all in ear shot of the manager WHO CHOSE TO IGNORE THE SITUATION. Amazing customer service 👏👏👏👏 Would be NO stars if possible.
