I have nothing but nice things to say! The few times I have been, the service has been excellent. Staff are friendly & accommodating and the service is quick. Jacob in particular was very lovely! The atmosphere is great, whether it’s quiet or lively, with a sound proof private karaoke room (awesome!) , live music & dancing and quiz nights. The food.. there is such a good choice, I can never pick. I’ve tried many dishes (starters and mains) and they have all been really tasty. The steak is to absolutely die for, was cooked to perfection and seasoned beautifully. It’s amazing value for money too! Would definitely recommend and will come back regularly ❤️
Stopped in here on the way to somewhere else, but then never continued that journey as the reception we received from Lyndsey (behind the Bar) was lively and pleasant and it made us feel very welcomed. We started off with some drinks and then decided to order some food. I choose the Fish and Chips meal deal with another drink for £8.50 (Runs Mon-Fri 12-6pm) and my husband had the Mega Mixed Grill for £18.05. When it arrived we both tucked in and felt absolutely stuffed by the end. Many thanks to John the Chef. Would definitely be back. Made a great start to our Christmas Break. Thanks guys
Popped out for lunch with my partner and my mum, had amazing service from our waitress Lyndsey from the start, very polite, happy & cheerful. Also, the food cooked by Chris was bloody amazing, absolutely nothing at fault. Will definitely visit again!! Thank you so much for great hospitality.
We went during the lunchtime meal deal. Very relaxed atmosphere. The staff especially Lyndsey were very helpful and professional as always. The chef Chris prepared the food to a good standard. We’ve been coming here for the past three years and have no reason to stop coming. The food was great. Would strongly recommend Brass Haus.
Both me and my brother came here for the first time and ended up having food made by the chef Chris and it was absolutely delicious 10/10. We had a lovely server called Lyndsey who was super kind and attentive throughout our meal. We will definitely be returning! The tacos are to die for!
