I just want to give a massive shoutout to the staff, (Adam, Lily, Henry and Helena) tonight. They did really well despite the circumstances as there were technical difficulties. I’ve been multiple times and it’s always 10/10. The brunch was amazing, great drink options and games.
My partner and I had a fabulous time on Tuesday night for date night! Boom had a date night promo on for Tuesday nights (either £15pp - which was 2 drinks each and golf, or £35pp - which was golf, 2 drinks and a choice between 2 street food plates or a burger and chips meal), which we thought was great. Although we were the only people to start off with, the atmosphere was great. Shannon was our host and she was lovely, friendly and helpful. She could recommend options to us and would check in on us as we went, but we didn’t feel like she was intruding or anything! Shannon and the girls that were on (we went about 5pm) were all lovely. They’re going through menu and stock changes so it was a tad confusing but they took it all in their stride. My partner booked the food option and we would deffo recommend. We went for the 2 street food plates option. Between us we had the chicken strips, halloumi fries, mac and cheese bites and prawns. It was hot, came out fast and was delicious! Thank you to whoever was in the kitchen. Mojitos were delicious, beer was yummy and also low/no alcohol options. Already planning when we can go back again to do the other bits and bobs! Thank you for a lovely date night 😋
Fantastic night out! Attended a Christmas Party night last night and had to leave a review. Lilly could not have been any more helpful and looked after our every need throughout the night, first class service and the food was amazing!!! Well done Team (Lilly, Luka, Reece, Tom) you made it a great night!!!
Booked Karaoke for 7pm (Had to spend £60) was a group of 5. There was no one at the front desk, so I wondered around the back so see if there was an office or something I could find someone, no one was around. We went upstairs and could only find staff at the bar, so I waited to speak to someone and told them I was here for Karaoke, they told me there should be someone downstairs (Where I had just come from) and I needed to speak to them, and they will handle everything. Went back downstairs and the only person I could find was a security lady sitting at the front of the door now. I asked her, and she then said NORMALLY they have someone down here but there isn't anyone, I need to go back UPSTAIRS and speak to someone on the desk up there. Returned upstairs and waited for someone to come to me and again explained we're here for Karaoke. She then tells me "We have another group book for 8pm so you only have 33 minutes left of your time" Pissed off by this point, but didn't want more of the time wasted I just bite my tongue, and she unlocked the room, briefly explained how everything works, and we had 30 minutes to mess around, unfortunately for us the screen kept flickering in and out. A lady came in and asked if we were good for drinks and I said we had pre-paid for Tequila shots, she looked at me as if I had just given her a maths problem to solve 20 minutes later a man came by with shots. We drank, then didn't really have time to finish any songs because the timer was so low. The staff were nice enough but the running about looking for someone, anyone to unlock the karaoke door and get shit started cost us 22 minutes which we had paid for. We ended up finding a pub called The Alex which had an open karaoke night for free, which was a much better experience.
What a great night we have had! Loved the atmosphere and the staff, so attentive and welcoming. Peter who was looking after us was amazing and ensured we were having the best time. He was always there when needed. We have not had to worry about a thing thanks to him! We also had Griffin who looked after us toward the end of the evening when we went to sing karaoke and he was also very fun and entertaining! Loved every bit of this evening! Thank you an again to all staff and we can’t wait to visit again!
