Despite evident understaffing, the restaurant provided wonderful service, delivering food promptly and accurately. The food quality was exceptional, and the manager's dedication to customer satisfaction was outstanding. The overall experience deserves nothing less than 5 stars!
A seat by the window offered a great view of the marina. Lexi said her Haddock and Chips were exceptional. Samie doubled up on her Smothered Chicken and emptied her plate. My 7oz Gammon Steak hit the spot. Friendly staff with great service. Love it here.
Friendly staff and good value food. Only one point of feedback though, I like food served quickly but when my starter nearly beat me back to my table after ordering at the bar, I worry about the care and attention that went in to the food. Not a big issue for me as a professional I that it wouldn't have taken too long to cook but could be an issue for other people. Thank you for the nice meal and friendly service.
My sister and I had our evening meal here. The Haddock and chips were excellent. My sister had the chicken pie. She said the pastry was lovely and crisp without being hard. I had the jam roly poly for afters only fault with it was the lack of jam. Hardly any in it, such a shame as apart from that it was excellent too.
Went for food and drinks on a Friday night. Unfortunately they were only accepting cash because of an issue with their server but I found a cash point and got to ordering. The food came out quickly, it was piping hot and delicious. We sampled a few cocktails and they were also lovely. The service we received was fantastic, especially from Jacob behind the bar who was very friendly and had great rapport with all the customers. We will definitely be returning!
