This was a really nice place to do bottomless brunch for around £29pp. It was also fairly quiet from around 6-8pm so the service was very quick. The jugs of cocktails were not very strong but nice nonetheless. There is also a range of vegetarian and gluten free food included which is great. The staff were really lovely and friendly.
The cocktails here are quite unimpressive for the price. Very sweet and they use cheap Cointreau and vodka and the fish tank is very unclean. All the seats are wet outside as well which was not great for a Saturday night. Simon went above and beyond to serve us thank you
We came yesterday (30/05/26) first time coming to this establishment and wanted to have a nice brunch before going to see take that and after hearing lots of raving reviews! When booking the brunch it said to turn up 15 minutes early to make sure they can take your drink order and your brunch can be started on time at 2pm. We waited for 20 minutes after 2pm before getting served due to there not being enough staff on the floor. We had only got 2 jugs of cocktails within an hour and 15 minutes, we had ordered another round and they ‘lost’ our ticket, more like it hadn’t been put through. We did have our food however which was good! Half way through our time the manager came over to take the payment for the brunch, we explained our experience and he was very dismissive and kept offering to bring us more drinks, at this point we didn’t want more drinks and the drinks only tasted like juice and not nice at all. He was trying to explain that 3 staff had phoned in sick at 6AM in the morning so they were understaffed, but that would have given plenty of time for him to arrange extra staffing, and kept almost bragging that he had 400 people in for brunch today, which isn’t a brag when you cannot serve people adequately. He then offered to make us more ‘stronger’ cocktails and a round of shots, we told him we weren’t happy paying for the brunch as we didn’t receive hardly anything that would justify paying £30. We told him he can keep the deposit and let that be it, he proceeds to bring us a round of shots anyway and then we left. Definitely will not be coming back to this establishment! The only positive we had was our server Harvey! He was absolutely fantastic and he was running around trying to do everything at once, considering he was alone! Thank you Harvey, you definitely deserve a raise after yesterday!
Came for my birthday as a surprise and it was absolutely amazing the food was so hot and the drinks were perfect! Mia really looked after us all and made my birthday so special with my friends!!! 10/10 would come again!
We came for bottomless brunch. We ran late and staff super helpful! Food 10/10, had pizza and it was one of the best I've ever had (I've been to italy many times) Drinks - 5/10, tastes bitter, we only liked one of the many we tried. Did offer a side of Prosecco if we wanted. We opted for water. Some staff friendly, others needed a joke telling to them! Atmosphere nice, good variety of music, nice vibes out on the terrace where we were. Would come back for the food but not bottomless
