Had a buyagift voucher for a two course meal for two. When I arrived the server didn't show us right to the table so I had to go to the bar to ensure the voucher was ok to use. After about 15 minutes of waiting, we were told it was ok to use, but they didn't have the menu printed out that we could choose from. The waitress rattled off some dishes and we had to choose hastily. The food came out quickly, almost too quickly really, we were barely given time to digest anything and had eaten all 3 course (we added on a small plate between us to start) in 45 minutes. Felt like we were rushed out of there. The food itself was lovely and the atmosphere was great. More knowledge of the vouchers people are able to use and being prepared for them would have made our experience even more enjoyable.
We really enjoyed Father's Day here! The service cannot be flawed because the workers are so polite and our meals were served very quickly. The food is also amazing, especially the burgers which are tasty and substantial. Great ambience too with music. Thanks so much :)
We have recently moved to the area and Brewhouse has become our local now. The friendly atmosphere, great beer and lovely food makes for the perfect evening! It’s even better because it’s dog friendly and in our last visit, they ran out of dog biscuits so brought our puppies some freshly cooked chicken 😭 Jay is a credit to the team and looked after us and our visiting family this evening…who we love dearly but can be a lot! A big thank you to Brewhouse for making Cheltenham so welcoming to us and our family ❤️
We had a whiskey and beer tasting session with Jason, who was excellent with his interactions and knowledge. Would thoroughly recommend speaking to him before ordering a drink!
Just had our Christmas party and we had a great time . Greeted as soon as we arrived . Super friendly attentive staff , nothing was too much trouble . The food was brilliant . We felt the chocolate pudding could do with some ice cream so asked if we would be able to add some ice cream . Not a problem at all said the waitress and she promptly brought us over a scoop each . Excellent customer service . Highly recommend for your Christmas meal or any other meal to be fair . Thank you guys we will be back
