We visited yesterday and had a fantastic experience from start to finish. The restaurant was extremely busy, so we were expecting a long wait, but our food arrived within around 30 minutes, which was impressive given how packed it was. The customer service was excellent throughout — friendly, attentive, and welcoming. Our food was absolutely lovely: really hot, fresh, generous portions, and thoroughly enjoyed by both of us. Desserts arrived within about 10 minutes and again were great portions and very reasonably priced. We enjoyed it so much that we’ve already booked to come back in a few weeks for a Sunday roast and are really looking forward to it. Highly recommend!
This time we have ordered two versions of the Cowboy Burger - a spicy one and a lighter one. The kitchen didn't disappoint us again. Patties were nicely done (definitely not too dry). Skin-on fries also deserve attention. Nice service and atmosphere. 4.5/5 (minus half for the bit long waiting time)
Fantastic place for a great meal. Always enjoy the food it comes out fast and delicious. The new design of the layout is very nice. Great team they work so hard and put everything into making their customers happy.
Josh and Ella were very kind and supportive of my dietary needs. I have currently got some very specific medical needs, meaning that I have to be very careful with my food choices. Josh, Ella and the kitchen staff went above and beyond to ensure I could eat a lovely meal out. Thank you very much.
Very clean, friendly and modern establishment. We were greeted by a lovely lady called Lori. Lori kindly seated us and left us to look over the menus and advised us of the offer's of the day and discussed allergies. We decided to order via the app and Lori bought our drinks over immediately. Food was very quick coming out too, perfect temperature and presentation. I looked over the carpet, upholstery and walls and there was literally not a single stain in sight. Considering this visit was a spur of the moment, we will be back when passing!
