We had a private event and it was fantastic the food was amazing. The best I've had at an event yet. The people were very polite and friendly. They were good about my niece who kept trying to go behind the bar. It was a night we will all remember and they made it special for everyone. Thank you for everything.
I booked the function room for my son’s wake after it was recommended to me. I have to say from the initial contact right through to completion they excelled. The food was fantastic and personal requests were provided without issues. I had massively underestimated how many would attend but they dealt with the extra requirements without any problems. I would highly recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a space for a get together of any kind be it a wake, a baby shower or a birthday party. The landlord, landlady and staff are all lovely people.

Amazing traditional pub, the local customers are all so friendly and with so many new faces now coming in its quickly turning into one of the best pubs in mansfield once again. Would highly recomend this pub for anyone who wants nice pub grub or just a day/night out with friends. Such an amazing welcoming place
I come here with my partner an 2 young children all the time. Since the new owners have taken over it’s so good for kids. They have games for them to play with and also the food is amazing and it’s so cheap. Never felt so welcome in a pub and I would recommend it to anyone
