We booked lunch at this pub fir 3 ladies celebrating friendship and a upcoming wedding. It was Absolutely fabulous 👌, food was cooked to perfection, all fresh, service was great, very attentive and do friendly. Definitely recommend. Compliments to the chef and all of the team. Thankyou. 🥰
We visited the Red Gate for the first time for Sunday lunch and were very impressed. We were a party of five including my father in law who needs wheelchair access. The staff could not be more accommodating and helpful. All the food was excellent from the traditional Sunday lunch to the fish dish and chicken and chips. This may have been our first visit but it won’t be the last
We have been a few times and so far definitely never disappointed. everything was perfect. The food is delicious and well presented. The people who work there are all lovely. The place is on the smaller side but that didn't matter. the atmosphere was lovely and calm but wasn't too quiet 😉👌

What amazing food! We did have to wait quite a while for our orders but everything seemed to have been made fresh from scratch, so no complaint there. Meals were very fairly priced. I'm lactose intolerant and when asked if there was a dairy-free cappuccino, he said he had dairy-free milk of his own so he would use that if necessary. The cappuccino was great and the servers couldn't do enough for you. I will definitely be wating here again.
