Was very surprised with my visit! I hadn’t booked in for a visit but nonetheless the staff were very accommodating towards me, I was dining myself and a lovely lady called Clara took my order, she let me go back to my table and brung me my drink, I ordered chicken rice bowl that was quite nice, the salsa was missing mango but I wasn’t too bothered as I’m not a fan of mango. Clara took my food to me and that was that, she checked up on me later on after and asked me how everything was going, after I had finished my food she took my food back and I got another drink, I asked for some recommendations for what to drink and she told me Days was a nice nonalcoholic, so I got it and tried it and to my delight I enjoyed it. Thank you again for my visit, everyone was very accommodating and the staff are quite knowledgeable on the menus. Definitely recommend anyone to come here, and I will be back.
Very nice pub close to the Cathedral. Great staff who were very helpful with one of our group with a milk (lactose) allergy. Good food choice off varied menus, reasonable value and well served. Drinks choices also very good with offers on at times.
Absolutely incredible bottomless brunch experience thanks to the wonderful Amy! 🥂✨ From the moment we arrived, she was warm, attentive, and full of good vibes. Our glasses were never empty, she checked in with us at just the right moments, and she made the whole table feel so welcome and looked after. You can tell she genuinely cares about her customers and takes pride in what she does — nothing was too much trouble, and her energy made the whole brunch even more fun. Amy is a total star and the reason we’ll definitely be back! 🌟🍾
Great bottomless brunch. Brilliant selection of both food and drinks available as part of the deal. Lovely atmosphere - always is when we go in - welcomes both young and old. Kat made us feel impeccably welcome. We will be coming again ❤️
I've enclosed a picture of the Mac cheese, the food was alright it was not getting four or five stars just because it's that sort of menu I mean it's just there's no big bells and whistles or wonderful surprises but it was alright. Having to wait an hour and ten for it was not alright. Also something was missing, avocado, and we were offered halloumi but that never came and we forgot to be honest because we had so little time left of our sunday to do what we wanted..... Other people were waiting for daft times as well and yeah my only other issue with ambience was it was that kind of humid carbon dioxide laden unventilated kind of vibe in the back room and it would have been nice to have the door slightly ajar which you probably can't cuz it's a fire door, but I would consider that ambience in the back room if it were my pub. My only other issue with the pub itself, is yes of course there's a double door between the gents toilets and the bar because this is the law, but the loo stank that much that you could smell it from the bar which I found distasteful. But yeah a decent sort of three-star kind of area kind of pub but what can I say about that wait no no I just couldn't go back
