📍 1.3 miles from Cardiff City Stadium
Central Cardiff pub (CF10 1GL) with 30 screens and a dedicated football page, so you can watch live matches in a busy matchday atmosphere. The venue explicitly promotes live sport/football and welcomes all fans, and it’s only ~200m from the Principality (Millennium) Stadium in the city centre—handy for meeting up pre/post-match or catching games on TV if you don’t have a ticket. Food is served all day, so you can eat while watching the game.
I had a great time at this traditional Welsh pub. The atmosphere was superb lively, and truly authentic. The people were incredibly friendly. It’s the perfect place to watch the Six Nations, with passionate fans and a real Welsh spirit. Nothing fancy, just a genuine pub with a fantastic atmosphere.
Excellent pub in the city centre and about 10 minute walk from stadium. Bar prices reasonable for a city centre and as for the food, well I had the Shepherds pie and it was delicious! Hubby said the steak was up there as one of the best he's had! Service was excellent considering its was a six nations weekend. Plenty of tvs to watch sport and they showed a variety of sports. All in all a friendly top quality establishment.
Really enjoyed our visit to this pub. Great food, good beer, friendly staff and lots of TVs to follow all sports!
A welcoming pub with a good music volume and comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. I really enjoyed it! I just feel that over £5 for half a pint of ale (Gower Gold which was delicious!) is just a bit expensive. But I'd happily go back.
Brilliant bar that serves amazing food. We went with the kids yesterday after being in the beach and spent a few hours in the sun. Highly recommended!! Alex behind the bar was super friendly and a pleasure to talk to. Thanks again
