📍 0.2 miles from Bramall Lane
Right on Bramall Lane and roughly 200 metres from Sheffield United’s ground, Sheaf House is a long-standing matchday pub for Blades supporters, making it a convenient pre- or post-game stop. The pub shows live sport (including TNT Sports), so you can catch earlier kick-offs or post-match highlights. On matchdays there are often food options on site (e.g., a burger van or the Rum Keg 876 Caribbean stall), which helps with quick bites before heading to your seats. Local coverage also notes it as a popular pre-game tipple for Blades fans—so away fans may prefer alternatives slightly further from the stadium.
Recently parked here and received a fine, signs wasn’t actually up outside when I parked here, it was a nice day so I sat outside and never actually entered the pub due to me not drinking as was driving and I’m BF my baby so if notices was up in the bar I wouldn’t have seen these due to me not entering. And my partner said he didn’t see any notices up in the pub. Extremely sad as we regularly passed through this pub when visiting dons river when it was out in the car park and the staff in the pub was always friendly and kind so I’m extremely saddened not to have any support from the staff with receiving this fine! Really put us off coming here when we’ve always enjoyed the pub the atmosphere and the staff in there!😩
Parking is a joke, staff and management refuse to acknowledge or help with anything to do with parking fines. Paid my ticket and still received a fine. Good pubs don't use companies that rip their customers off. Much better pubs out there to be going to, avoid this one.
Great pub. All the people leaving the negative reviews have clearly never been to the pub. The car park is massive, there are signs all over to instruct customers to enter their reg at the bar. There’s also loads of signs inside and the staff also tell you when you go inside. People are jumping on the bandwagon trying to ruin the reputation of the pub, when really people just need to read!!
This was the perfect venue to enjoy a pint before the football. This is clearly a home only supporters club, but I guess our age (late 50s) and the fact we weren't wearing colours softened the rules and we were allowed in. The hospitality from the locals was truly excellent and we were made to feel incredibly welcome. Good choice of beers and a great atmosphere. A pub for all ages.
The parking is really awkward. It need not be if the staff told you could enter your registration number into a terminal behind the bar. They don't though, so the private company fines you. When you ask the pub for help to appeal, they refuse & tell you to pay the fine. Seriously, just find somewhere else more deserving of your hard earned money!
