We have been hosting our BNI meetings at Heathley Park now for around 4 months and we couldn't be happier! Tim and his team are fantastic hosts, nothing is ever too much trouble, a big shout out to Ruth who is always a pleasure to deal with. As a large business group we are catered for each week, the food is fantastic, with a varied buffet covering everyone's requirements! Keep up the good work :)
Angelika was an amazing waiter throughout our visit. She was friendly, attentive, and made us feel very welcome from the moment we arrived. Her service was quick and professional, and she always checked in to make sure everything was okay without being intrusive. She had a great attitude and helped create a really enjoyable atmosphere. The food was great, but Angelika’s excellent customer service made the experience even better. We’ll definitely be coming back!
Ive been in lots of green king establishments . And the food is ok . But today after being in hospital at glenfield a week . I need some proper food so came here. We're not from Leicester so didnt realise you needed to book . But they squeezed us in . I had the beef dinner wife had the scampi. And it had to be the best two meals we had ever had from a green king . Absolutely beautiful. And the staff were very friendly . Thanks for a great meal 5 star food .
7, of us for dinner did not book but when we arrived we was told a table was not available till round 6:30 ish ( hour later ) so we left but then decided to go back in and wait, only to see someone else who told us table available straight away, which when I said what had happened he looked shocked. After we ordered food, it came out but unfortunately the way it was carried to the table was disappointing & chips were falling from the plate onto the floor, I told him that chips had fallen, did not say sorry, just brought out a small bowl of chips, and then left the chips on the floor only for other customers to walk on them And the mushy peas were very dry & fish well done to say the least Overall the service was disappointing & food not the best. Just feel more training on how to carry meals to the table and to clean up food straight away is needed You can definitely get much better service & food elsewhere Not been here for some time and because of this I won’t be going back
