Fantastic pub with the best staff and amazing food. Sharon is the loveliest person and always brightens up our day. Lunch menu is such a steal and the huge screen out the back is great for events. Highly recommended!
First time at this pub and it was amazing. Staff were all very friendly and efficient and the pub was beautifully decorated for Christmas. The carvery was amazing and the price really good. Meats all good, the best yorkshire puddings I've had in a pub and lovely fresh veg. Already booked to go back!
Went on a recommendation from a friend. Couldn't fault our evening. Great food, friendly service. I would recommend booking, it gets rather busy. You might say looking at the menu, expensive, however you won't be disappointed with the food. It's worth the money. They will cater for your needs and amend the dish accordingly. Visited for lunch based on a recommendation, and we were not dissapointed. The food was delicious and great value. The staff were all friendly and gave great service. The pub itself had a great atmosphere and felt warm and cosy. We would definitely recommend and will be back soon.
Fish and chips? It was fish with more batter than fish. Chips?...was served wedges. Complaint fell on deaf ears. Had crumble to follow. If I had known it was oats type crumble wouldn't have chose. Think wording on menu needs reviewing. Food not as described
