As a later thought needed food before having to catch a train. The wife suggested the Wheatsheaf, but she's vegetarian (didn't realise they had the option). Perfect, polite staff, food was excellent, very reasonably priced, beer great a great start to my Sunday. We'll be back for sure.
It’s been almost 25 years since I was last in Wolverhampton and this is first pub I entered and it feels perfect. The service is absolutely lovely. Quiet polite local joint for a quick pint. And on Tuesday’s I’m learning all pints are under £3! Not a bad experience after I tip my hat to the lovely bartender who poured me a perfect pint.
