I've not had food here but visited a few times for drinks and a show. The upstairs has a great venue and the whole pub has a great vibe and look. The toilets do look a bit old and coppery pipes are oxidised but it feels in tune with the vibe of the place as a whole.
Lovely old fashioned sweeping public bar room with large windows. Good selection (4) ales on including boddington cask. Well served. I would give this a 5 star but cant quite get there as the toilets are tiny (both genders) and weirdly laid out, I don't want to have to brush pass someones back when they are at the urinal. They were clean, just tiny.

We had our wedding party at the Kings Arms and it was absolutely perfect. The staff were incredible and caterered to our every need. The place was decorated beautifully and we were able to supply out own food. Book your events and parties here it'll be worth it
Great traditional pub with a good range of drinks. Friendly staff & a warm atmosphere. Definitely worth a visit for a couple beers. I've not been in while the live music has been on but can imagine this would be a brilliant venue. I will be calling in again very soon.
