It’s busy on matchdays and, if you don’t have a ticket, you can still catch the action as the pub shows live football. Its doorstep location makes it ideal for a quick pint before heading through the turnstiles, or for watching with fellow Reds when the team is away. Arriving early helps secure space and a view, and its proximity means minimal travel time back to the ground after the final whistle.

🍺 The Park Pub – Anfield The Park Pub Anfield Classic pre-match Liverpool pub located right next to Anfield on Walton Breck Road. Famous for its electric matchday atmosphere with fans singing before kick-off. Small, traditional, and very local — expect it to get packed on game days. Good for a quick drink and authentic LFC fan culture experience. Not really a sit-down food pub; more about drinks and atmosphere. Best time: 1–2 hours before a match for the full Anfield vibe.
Have been twice before, 7 and 12 years ago. Hate to say, atmosphere has come way down. 90 minutes before Man City it wasn’t packed. Playing songs over sound system vs fans having to carry singing on their own = hardly anybody singing. Maybe we need to stop coddling the younger generation :) Used to be lines out the door and blasting inside all natural. Great folks working the bar as always!
Always great atmosphere on the match days..parking difficult match day. Limited facilities but chocker each game. Right facing stadium entrance. Prices fair
After the tour the local pub over the road is open I do hope this get rammed on match days the bar staff were very polite n friendly had a few locals in plus the pool table was busy the pub seemed to be in high spirits the locals seemed friendly enough but to be on the doorstep of anfield must be a dream some of the sports photos were up on the wall were amazing to see.
After spending a couple of hours at Anfield for the tour etc,,,,,,decided to watch the FA Cup final (CP v MC) in the Park Pub. Great atmosphere .....I'd say its some venue when there's a match on at Anfield!!!!!!
