I owe the owners a great deal of thanks for their hospitality. I’m Irish but live in Australia and brought my elderly father over for a game as a Christmas present. Firstly I had accomodation booked for a Liverpool game on 30th December but the fixture was rearranged to Jan 1st—the owner gave me a full refund and let me change the date which they really didn’t have to do.Secondly they let me and my father check in about 4 hours early without any charge also which again they really didn’t have to do but was greatly appreciated. Great location and a great pint of Guinness in the pub downstairs.The rooms were spotlessly clean,warm and comfortable. This trip just confirmed what I already knew…scousers are sound people.Thanks again!
This premises is ideally located for anybody wishing to attend Anfield for a match, only a five minute walk from the ground.||The accommodation is modern, clean and very well maintained.||The manager Darragh was top class & most helpful ensuring any issues that I had were attended to promptly & in a very professional manner. I will most definitely return again. Kieran.
Stayed at the flat iron recently while visiting anfield to see a game. Ideal location, less than 10 minute walk from anfield stadium. All the staff were more than helpful with any questions. Rooms were perfect for our 2 night stay. I would recommend the flat iron to anybody.

A great local pub. Typically, a nice place to visit although will be extremely busy on a match day. Throughout the week much quieter and usually frequented by locals.
