Handy pre-match meet-up: it’s about 200m from Notting Hill Gate Underground, so you can jump on the Central line to Shepherd’s Bush for QPR (two stops, around 6 minutes). That makes it easy for groups to link up and travel to the game together. The pub serves proper meals (weekly and Sunday menus) for a fill before or after the match, and its rotating tap list (20+ beers listed as ‘pouring right now’ on Untappd) gives fans plenty of choice for a round with mates.

We just arrived to London on a Sunday, and made a reservation to try the traditional Sunday Roast, for dinner. It was delicious! Really good! And also ordered a traditional fish and chips, also very well done, no grease att all. Tried 3 different beers. Highly recommend 👌
An enchanting Victorian pub on the corner of Kensington Mall and Palace Gardens Terrace. The Mall Tavern delights. Excellent service from the amiable staff. A wide and eclectic offering of beers, ciders, stouts, lagers and things I couldn't identify! There is a small courtyard garden at the rear of the building and further outside seating by the terrace. An upstairs dining area for any occasion. Also, plenty of dining room on the ground floor and a basement that features live music several nights a week. Plenty of food on offer earning the description "GastroPub". A great place to visit.
Incredible Sunday roast, one of the best we’ve had in London. Great portions, reasonable price for what you get and location. Dessert not as good as the main but still very nice. Will come again!
We stumbled into the Mall Tavern with no prior knowledge that there was an epic beer festival on. It was one of the best afternoons spent with probably the greatest selections of beers. This will now be a pilgrimage annually with an overnight stay. Superb welcome, amazing staff, epic sausage rolls and everyone’s food looked delicious. We wish you were our local! We’ll be back
We have been coming here at least once every two months and has been our go to spot for the last year or so. Where do I begin, The food being absolutely incredible every time we go- consistently delicious - it is so hard to find. The meat is also halal which is an amazing thing to cater for, as it is so hard to find a good roast which accomodates this. The service is always top of the top and every waiter is genuinely extremely friendly and accomodating to anything we ask for. I booked a private room for my fiancees suprise birthday for 16 guests and it was so easy to book the room, and the entire process was extremely smooth. Also, what a gorgeous room! We had the privacy and lot of fun with the beautiful atmostphere of this pub. The staff were incredibly helpful and even helped me convince my fiancee to get him upstairs without him suspecting. The staff also managed the 16 of us, and did not forget about us upstairs- they would constantly come in and check if we needed refreshments. I could not recommend The Mall Tavern more, Hands down my favourite pub in the world!! All of our friends were also extremely impressed. Thank you again for everything
