About this Pub

The Crabtree

Why it's great for Matchdays

The Crabtree is a short walk from Craven Cottage and explicitly positions itself as a riverside pub near the ground, making it convenient pre- or post-match. It shows live sport (via its dedicated Live Sport page), so early or late kick-offs can be watched on site. Fulham FC also uses The Crabtree for official pre-match hospitality, underlining its matchday role. The pub’s spacious beer garden gives fans room to gather before heading to the stadium, and independent guides note that away supporters are welcomed alongside home fans, making it a friendly mixed spot. Food menus are available if you want a sit-down meal before the game.

Stopped in after a winter walk along the river and this nice cosy pub vibe was just what was needed. The service was friendly and quick and atmosphere was chilled with families and friends relaxing over some card games and nice food. We had the fish chips which was crispy and tender inside, with big fat chips to dip into curry sauce and tartare sauce. The fish wasn’t as big as some places, but it hit the spot. The lettuce with creamy sauce and crispy garlic was a surprisingly good combo and one that we’ll definitely try again on our next river walk out stop.

Had a lovely experience! I tried the hummus bread and chicken schnitzel, and both were absolutely delicious. The hummus bread was fresh and full of flavour, while the chicken schnitzel was crispy, tender, and perfectly cooked. A special mention to our waitress, Salina, who was so friendly, attentive, and made us feel very welcome. Great food, nice atmosphere, and excellent service. Would definitely come back again!

The Crabtree is an iconic pub in Fulham. Has restaurant, pub and outdoor seating next door to the Thames with river views. Really vibrant garden outdoor seating. Wide variety of pints, cocktails and wines. Food was delicious but quite pricey. Apparently has celebrity visitors time to time. Will be back to the Crabtree again soon 🥳

I have walked past this pub on many occasions when walking along the river & today decided to have lunch here with a friend. Very clean & comfortable pub with plenty of seating both inside & out. Staff friendly & very welcoming. Food was very good. My friend & i both decided on the club sandwich. Very tasty & filling. Didn't need the portion of chunky chips we ordered to share but they were so good that couldn't let them go to waste. Came already seasoned which is a nice touch but I guess if you ask they would leave them unseasoned. Food very reasonable prices. Will definitely come back again especially in warmer weather when can enjoy their river views.

Great atmosphere esp for family with children. large pretty garden and seats by the river, very nicely done in door as well with lots of space. I came on the day they had live music. Not great musicians but they made the pub became really fun.
