An excellent place for a bite to eat and watch some footy. Friendly staff, great chef and loud but friendly locals. An ok selection of beer, but a great menu. So close to the awesome Carlisle FC ground
The food is always to a high standard and the chef Kamilla is very friendly and genuinely wants to make sure her cooking is enjoyable for us customers. Nicky is always approachable and helpful and makes us want to keep coming back. Thank you to the amazing staff for creating this atmosphere 👏
I love this Pub. The staff are friendly and the food is always good. They really did a good job with the Elvis afternoon. They didn't overbook, so it was comfortable seating. The act ( Jason Dale) was amazingly brilliant as was the sound man Neil. The two ladies seating us were helpful. It was an excellent family get together. Even though we are spread around Liverpool and Cheshire, We always comeback. Thank you❤️ Anita
Had a hunters chicken the chicken was so dry the bacon and the sauce was burnt to a crisp and cheese if there was any there was is was definitely burnt away . I had my rent there and she didn't want to complained. But I won't be ordering that again everyones fish and chips were OK but my hunters chicken it looked like a kid had cooked it
Came here for a Queen Tribute act which turned out to be Queen for 45 minutes and then just him singing random oldies! Was really good in the first half but then just wanted it to be over! Had fish and chips which was actually really nice, except was very small portions Drinks were ok, but the coke was flat from the pump so had to pay extra for a bottle which made the drinks extremely expensive!
