This is an absolute untouched gem, like stepping back to the 80s or 90s, black tiled front, stained glass windows and proper carpet! great guiness too and for 5.30 good price too. This is what pubs are about, friday nights are a lively loud local affair, while weekday nights still has its regulars and a nice cosy feel on a cold night. Couple of dart boards and a high fidelity juke box, Classic British boozer. My sort of place and people.

As per previous visits, this has proved to be a very friendly back street pub with a cosy indoor bar and an outside terrace when there is some sunshine.
