📍 0.7 miles from Stamford Bridge
For Chelsea away days, The Duke on the Green is specifically highlighted as welcoming away fans and is around a 10–15 minute walk to Stamford Bridge, making it an easy pre-match meet spot. It also lists live sport TV fixtures (via FANZO/UseYourLocal), so you can catch early kick-offs and post-match action. It’s a short walk from Parsons Green and Fulham Broadway tube stations, keeping travel simple on matchday. The bar carries a solid draught line-up (Young’s cask plus well-known keg beers), which suits mixed groups before or after the game.
Went for Sunday roast, and very happy with service, food and atmosphere. The pork belly was super tender, the crackling so easy to eat. very well done. Overall it's british at its best and good to see a vivid local scene. You can also just hangout there on the fireplace and have a relaxed glass of wine or beer.
Read all the great reviews and wanted to try an English Sunday roast. Food was great Service on the day was poor. Now Ive change my review here on the strengh of the follow up from the Manager Daria. After taking the time to follow up and review the day with staff. And after seeing the dedication from Daria to follow up and seeing the dedication from other staff on the day. I'm sure the level service will be spot on for The Sunday Roasts in the future. The roast and food were Superb. Obviously the service on the day was disappointing. But I believe it now to be a one off and when we back in town we will back for another roast. So could I recommend them now, I would now on the strength of the follow-up.
I stumbled upon this amazing pub by chance while out with friends, and we decided to pop in for lunch. The food was fresh, beautifully presented, and the service was impeccable. It’s great to see that places like this still exist! From the moment you walk in, it’s clear that everything here is well thought out and expertly managed. The portions are generous, and each dish is cooked to perfection. The drinks list is fairly simple, but the staff are knowledgeable and happy to help with wine selections or recommend cocktails and spritzes — which are particularly well represented on the menu. The pub is very popular with locals and tends to get busy during lunch and in the evenings, so I’d definitely recommend booking a table in advance to avoid disappointment. I’ll definitely be back!
Duke on the Green is a real gem in London! The service is absolutely top-notch - friendly, attentive, and welcoming from the moment you arrive. The food is outstanding, with fresh flavors and beautifully presented dishes that go well beyond typical pub fare. Add to that the warm, lively atmosphere and stylish setting, and you’ve got the perfect spot for a relaxed meal, drinks with friends, or a special evening out. Highly recommend!
Friendly staff. Very well located in the neighborhood. Beautiful pub both inside and oitside. Very busy and loud sometimes in the evening but great dining lounge as well. I recommend ! 👍
