This is one mind blowing pub. Guy behind the bar who supports Fulham took my husband and I on a tour outside to see more Burnley football memorabilia. So fantastic and what an experience. Lots to see and what an eye opener. Up the Clarets!!!!❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
This is one of several pubs on Yorkshire Street which leads up to Burnley FC's Turf Moor Stadium, they all nod towards the club, this the foremost, named after their most successful manager. It's a good if, a bit rough round the edges! I've only ever been in for a pint on the way back from the town centre. Being a Man United fan, I wouldn't go there on a match day! Every time I have visited, the bar staff have been warm and friendly. There is a nice outdoor seating area with plenty of bench tables.Dogs are allowed, a plus for me, but must be on lead, fair enough! The pub kind of encapsulated what Burnley is, friendly, warm, rough round the edges! I've been living here for 16 months now, and it's a damn sight better than Bury!😊👍😎
Great pub! The hamburger from the food truck right next to the pub is highly recommended.
A great pub, I can't believe it's taken me so long to come here. The service is excellent, the choice of drinks is great, and the beer garden is unbelievable.
If you're a Burnley fan you should visit this bar. Good beer, good staff and friendly locals. Been coming to burnley for five years and always been made to fell welcome. Will definitely be back ❤️ Burnley
