About this Pub

The Eaglet

Why it's great for Matchdays

The Eaglet is a short walk from Arsenal, Holloway Road and Finsbury Park stations (around 0.5–0.6 miles), making it an easy pre- or post-match stop. It's described by reviewers as very much an Arsenal pub and gets rammed on matchdays, with quick service and a well-poured Guinness. The venue actively shows live football with multiple fixtures listed and coverage via Sky Sports and TNT Sports, and is flagged as a sports TV pub. Together, that proximity, home-fan lean, and guaranteed live broadcasts make it a solid matchday base near the Emirates.

A fine pub on Seven Sisters Road. The Eaglet is a simple traditional street corner pub offering a warm welcome and good service. A range of keg beers on offer but I didn't see anything from the cask. Good prices and a fine bunch of people.

I just came out of having an operation on the 9th March 2026 and went to see the manager about something then I went back home after. Then yesterday I went to my local which is the eaglet pub and Dilon said that i was barred and I am thinking why am I barred as I have not been to the pub since I had my operation so there must be something dodgy going on and I have people to back up me up. I only started to go to the eaglet as its my local pub to where I live but now they are saying that I am barred snow I have a new best man for my wedding and I am still looking for a decent venue as the eaglet accused me of taking drugs and I have told them so many times that he drugs I is prescribed by the hospital and by my doctor. So now I will never step foot into this pub again even if someone paid me to come in I will tell them to keep the money as I have my own cash that I can spend in a different pub where they know for a long time. I hate getting the blame for something that I have not done. I go to the toilet to tke a shit and have a puff on my asthma/ copd pump and now I am barred i would like to know the reason please. If I don't get a good reason I promise everyone that I will never step foot into this pub again but I will haunt them

I don’t live in the area but I have visited a few times when near by to get the atmosphere of watching Arsenal matches in a Gooner pub, and it really is a great atmosphere, and great fun. The drinks are fairly priced, especially for London, in my opinion. The only slight downside is, as someone who can’t sand too long, you need to get there early for a seat if you want to watch the game, which is fine, but once it fills up it is quite difficult to see the tv’s even though there are a lot of them, they are not easily viewable through the crowded pub. I still recommend it though.
