📍 0.4 miles from Emirates Stadium
The Coronet is listed by football fan guides as a viable away pub and is about a 10-minute walk to the Emirates Stadium, making it convenient for pre-match meet-ups. The pub advertises Premier League games live via Sky Sports on big screens, so fans can watch earlier kick-offs before heading to the ground. Food is served daily, useful for lining the stomach on matchdays. CAMRA/WhatPub notes that on Arsenal home games the venue manages entry and switches to plastic glasses, indicating it actively caters for large matchday crowds.
This old cinema that was saved and turned into a bar is vast inside. Seating all around a central console the lighting is difficult and can seem gloomy in the evening - but went there today for the large breakfast, and unlimited coffee for a price that’s hard to beat. Yet in the day time it was more vibrant than I expected, the staff are always pleasant and efficient. And when you want to drink they have the best pint of Abbott you can find anywhere! Again for a price second to none.
I didn't eat on this visit, but I did enjoy a Champions ale by Twickenham. I was really impressed with the art deco building inside and out. I was told by a customer that this one may be closing? Hopefully, it doesn't close. Lauren is a keen member of staff and very polite. Very reasonable prices 👌
I went in here today and was so happy with the service. My friend and I had the pleasure of being served by Jasmine who was so lovey and friendly and she couldn't of done anymore to make us feel welcomed and comfortable. Solely because of her I will come back again. She even recommend coming on a Friday evening which I intend to do! Thanks for the 10/10 service!
came here for some food and drink after watching arsenal women’s first WSL game. unaware it was an arsenal pub we were pleasantly surprised by the atmosphere and sea of red arsenal shirts 😍 we ordered some food and drink, although there was an issue with our order (issue with the till or the order wasn’t put through properly by one of the staff) this was recognised by who i believe to have been the manager on shift - not sure of his name but was late 20s/early 30s with a slight eastern european accent - i do apologise if this is incorrect! he kindly helped us with our order and made sure we got our food which was greatly appreciated, as we were in a slight rush to get our bus home back to bristol shortly afterwards. a very smooth solution to something that could have easily been drawn out on what was an exceptionally busy few hours for all staff at the venue. thank you!
Short walk from the underground station, near the Emirates stadium and located inside an old cinema building, in keeping with Wetherspoons theme of converting old buildings. Beautiful inside. Good number of seats however I can imagine on match days it can be busy. Order via the app or at the bar. Food is usual Wetherspoons standards, comfort food- not gourmet. Good prices. Toilets are not the nicest though - plenty of graffiti and the usual urine covered floor.
