I booked the function room to celebrate my grandma’s 80th birthday and had such a great experience. We were able to decorate the room and make it really special for her. Sarah and the team were super welcoming and attentive, the service was excellent, and the food was delicious. I’d definitely recommend this place to anyone planning a special celebration.
I can say that this restaurant is more than just a restaurant is a wonderful place where you can meet with your friends or family for a drink and food.. i had Carvery which was really good.. i wantvto thanks to Mikaela and Amanda for a wonderfull experience. The chefs Dean and Mateius being such a funny and very friendly. I will definitely recommend this restaurant to everyone.
I was extremely disappointed with my experience here. The food was of very poor quality, lacking both flavor and freshness. Several dishes seemed carelessly prepared and did not meet even basic expectations. What made the experience even worse was the service. The staff were unprofessional, inattentive, and at times outright rude. Rather than making customers feel welcome, their attitude came across as dismissive and disrespectful. Any concerns we raised were handled poorly, which only added to the frustration. Overall, this was a very unpleasant dining experience. Between the subpar food and the unacceptable level of service, I cannot recommend this place to anyone. I will not be returning.
We just popped in to see what it was like inside and grab a takeaway coffee. We walked into the carvery restaurant going through to the bar. We were greeted with a smile and felt welcomed. The carvery was well presented - very tempting. The whole area was clean and tidy. Ben served us our coffee, was so friendly and helpful, letting us know when the carvery gets busy, the hours, pricing and that The Watersedge is known for it's carvery and famous Sunday full roast. We will be back, with friends and their dog 🐕
I recently stopped here after a walk around the Lido and had a really lovely meal and experience. Everything tasted fresh and flavourful. My personal favourites were the harissa prawns and the pork ribs. There’s a great selection on the menu so pretty much something for everyone. Overall, it was great value for money and I’d happily come back for another tasty meal.
