First time here today and it didn’t disappoint. Cracking pint of Guinness and a great atmosphere, especially for watching Villa on the TV. Proper local pub with a good buzz about it — will definitely be back.
Tuesday evening, and the place was packed. Easy to see why, its a lovely cosy rustic pub! We were a table of 5, all the meals were very tasty and fresh, hot. great portions and reasonably priced. Drinks like raspberryade, lemonade were homemade and tasted great. lots of beer options with genuinely friendly staff too.
Great place to sit by the canal on a sunny day. Nice beers and super-friendly service. Just sandwiches to eat on Saturday lunchtime.
Love this pub went here with my cousin before he died some nice memories going to pubs on the canals with him beer was nice didn't try food not sure if they do food I could be wrong if they do I'm sure the food would be delicious lovely lovely women behind the bar to friendly nice to talk to you have to check this place out
Best little local pub, dog friendly which is a bonus. Really friendly staff and customers
