I recently stayed for a couple of nights at the Tamworth Arms and found it perfect for my needs. The bed was comfortable, the room large enough (maybe a bit lacking in storage), and the wifi was good. The bathroom was immaculate and the shower easy to operate. Breakfast was excellent and they were flexible with requests. The highlight of my stay has to be the wonderful staff, they were all so friendly and helpful. The pub is within easy walking di stance of the centre and castle, either along the main road or along the river. I was able to leave the car in their car park which saved a lot of hassle.
Had our archery club christmas meal. The food was excellent and the service friendly. Its never easy catering with a large group but they were great. The menu has such a wide range of dishes there was plenty of choice for everyone. Will go there again
This is purely for the pub. Food and drink are great with plenty of selection. Their Asian food is probably the best option to choose, but that's just my preference
Beautiful food. Very spacious, clean and tidy. Excellent service and very friendly and helpful staff.
Great food. East meets west concept is brilliant. I had food from the east. What an absolute delight! Would definitely recommend to anyone passing by or wants a good meal.
