Visited today (01/01/26) and this may have been the best visit we have had. The food quality was stupendous and the speed of service was perfect. All of the friendly team members worked effectively and efficiently together and it was great to see some on the job training taking place too. I would highly recommend the Steak and Chicken, cooked to perfection and leaving a succulent flavour especially when paired with the red wine sauce and a side salad. The only let down (which is seemingly the case with most of the grill items) is that there is only one mushroom provided, while cooked perfectly it would be nice if 1 or 2 more were included. Great restaurant, great options and fantastic staff!
They accommodated our work meal out We've came here now for a few yrs and every time it's wonderful they go above and behind. Adam went above and behind. Has a team we enjoyed our shelves. All our food came out together super hot and tasty we had all different dishes. Most of us had pudding again came out all together. Thank you team Riftswood for a lovely evening.
Visited today with family for a get together and catch up. We waited a while for our food which wasn't an issue as we were all talking. When the food arrive it was cold and undercooked. I had the mixed grill the steak I requested was medium rare what I got was raw I had a raw mushroom on my plate too which wasn't even partly cooked. The food was poor and cold. Staff are miserable and don't smile. Didn't even ask how our food was! We had small minor issues with food on past orders which weren't a big reason not to return but after today we won't be returning which is sad as we visit maybe twice a month.
I had the steak and sticky chicken, couldn’t fault it cooked as I liked it rare, only thing with me personal preference continues to cook on sizzling skillet which ended up well done still tasty, was visiting Tamworth good customer service😊
We went to the Riftswood to celebrate the festive season and we were blown away by the live entertainment, which was the acoustic duo who were amazing and we even later found out that the one was a member of the staff! We had a chick n mix to share and were very happy by the size of the plater and didn't have to wait long even though the whole restaurant was full which was amazing and would definitely return again.
