Very few people in on a Saturday lunch time. Ordered food at 12:25. Arrived @ 1:40. Asked twice where our food was. Told the chef had to take his break, staff very ‘take it or leave it attitude’. Food was luke warm. We will never use this place again. Paid £4 for a portion of chips. As shown on the photo!!

Had a fantastic experience at The Phoenix in Tamworth! From the moment we arrived, the atmosphere was warm and welcoming. Georgina was especially wonderful—friendly, approachable, and incredibly attentive. She went above and beyond when one of our party experienced a drop in blood sugar due to diabetes, making sure they were looked after swiftly and with genuine care. The food was lovely, with a great selection of drinks to choose from. The breakfast was particularly good—fresh, tasty, and well-prepared. Overall, a brilliant visit with excellent service. Highly recommend!

Doing the Tamworth Ale Trail. Good serviceable nice atmosphere, didn't eat so can't rate. Nice range of cask beers at reasonable prices.

Tried here as weatherspoons now don’t do steak. Asked if they had steak and told yes so we sat down and brought 2 rounds of drinks. As soon as we sat down were told actually no steak. Too hungry to leave so we had cheese and bacon burgers that were ok. For 6pm Saturday night it was dead, I can see why.
