I’ve been coming here for a few weeks now with a group of friends majority of the staff are lovely however I have had a few rude encounters mainly with the brunette girl with glasses polish I believe. I was in there last night and the girls really helped my friend who wasn’t in a good place and head butted the floor they knew how to handle the situation and gave him three glasses of water and girl in crocs offered to get him an uber home overall a lovely environment to be in they care about there customers
Brown haired bartender with glasses and a nose piercing was extremely rude. We came to the bar to order a drink, and she was making gestures as if to say she was waiting while we were trying to get everybody’s orders. She then said ‘helloooo’ rudely and pulled a face at us. When taking our orders, instead of politely asking what we want she was pulling faces and making hand gestures. When leaving I mentioned that she came across rude and she pulled a face and the bouncer started swearing at me and calling me disgusting names. He said that I should get my boy on him?! Overall, the staff were really rude and not helpful at all. I work behind a bar myself and would never be so rude or disrespectful to customers. I understand that the bouncer has a job to do but he should not be talking to people like that using foul language. After looking at reviews on google there are plenty of other reviews complaining about bar staff being rude…something should be done.
Bartender with brown hair and glasses was extremely rude. I have never been to a bar where a member of staffs scoffs and rolls their eyes at you while you’re ordering. I’d like to think as a ‘small family owned pub’, there would be a push for warm service. I hope this review leaves some feedback for change.
It is so good here, the woman with the brown hair and glasses is very accommodating and lovely. I find that she doesn’t stand for rude costumers and is very good at her job as a barmaid. Love it here
