Very friendly staff. Amy and the blonde girl are always chatty. We come here a fair bit and the kids like to play outside. Food is good. Went yesterday and the refurbishment is great, a lot lighter and brighter.
Searched for a place to eat nearby after a disastrous experience with another pub we tried to visit, as we're not from the area. But glad we found it as we received great service, a warm welcome, friendly staff, and great tasting food. There was 10 of us dining. We didn't wait long for food to be delivered to the table. Everyone really enjoyed what they ordered. Great value priced! Certainly will visit again, I'd make a special trip from Birmingham to eat here again. Pub was clean and the staff couldn't do enough for us. Thank you so much for the short notice booking. If you want 5 star service then book yourself a table.
Fantastic Food and service to match. I ordered the fish and chips and was dubious as the fish was something different to cod and haddock. I thoroughly enjoyed it My partner had the jerk chicken and that was phenomenal too. We will definitely be back
Bobby was really friendly at the bar this evening and all staff coped really well on a v busy evening in the pub. AJ was very friendly and waited on our table. Fantastic last minute meal out. Gammon & Korean Beef ribs were gorgeous!!
Good food at incredible prices; not small portions either. Two lunch time meals for £13.49! Monday to friday. That's right two! Public house - typical local - on one side of the horse shoe bar and eating area around the other side : best of both worlds. Good size beer garden.
