Come in today for some lunch 7th of march really lovely lady greeted us took us straight into the restaurant the customer service was very good, she immediately greeted us upon Walking in I didn’t catch her name. But she was very good asked if we had any allergies give me the allergy tablet. Sadly a lot of places do not do that my little boy had a dairy allergy. So I as very welcomed to this. The manger I believe was a very nice blonde lady again I didn’t know her name! She printed of some pictures for the kids and got some crayons them as I have a 1 year old & a 3 year old who we’re getting a bit niggly but this really helped with things! Also George was very helpful. Thank you. Food for my son was cooked away from anything else also which i really appreciated! This was such a lovely lunch. Thanks again :)
Absolutely amazing stay. We celebrated a 44th birthday and the food was amazing and good quality and well worth the price , we had 12 guests that came for lunch (2 were last minute confirmed) and a table was set up for them no problems at all.. our server Tash was absolutely incredible and the Manager Gemma such a lovely lady and so customer focused , The attention to detail from the cleaning staff was amazing (happy birthday banner and balloons ) in our room, Definitely going to be staying here again
I stayed in the Whit Heart for 2 nights in March room 16. The room was freezing when we arrived the heat was turned off. I turned on the radiator and it did eventually heat up. We spotted mould on the windows and noticed they are single glaze windows with gaps which meant the curtains were moving with the breeze. We asked for the room to be changed but the next room offer smelled of damp, again the heat was off in it and the window was open. Again we noticed mould on the window frame so chose to stay in room 16. The manager did clean the mould off the window for us. |If the hotel was upgraded with new windows and floors new carpets etc it could be lovely. It’s such a pity it looks like no money has been invested in it for a very long time. |The food wasn’t great either we had lunch when we arrived and breakfast the following morning. |The location of the hotel is good. Lots of nice restaurants and cafes close to it.
Perfect location for what we needed. Room was clean, warm and comfortable. The atmosphere in the pub and restaurant was welcoming, the food was awesome. The staff were very welcoming and couldn’t do enough for us. Good value for money. Slight noise from outside, but the pub is located in the middle of town on a main road.
We had our wedding reception at the White Hart Hotel and everything went so smoothly - the buffet we picked previously ourselves from a wide selection was great - the bar staff were excellent and the dining room was laid out perfectly for our 65 guests. The whole night was absolutely amazing so thanks to Sue and all the staff for making our night very memorable. We also stayed overnight and the room was really nicely laid out for us and was very large and comfortable and the complimentary breakfast was a very nice touch - Easily a 5 star experience all round so thank you White Hart Hotel.
