We decided to go to The Bell Inn in Panfield for lunch Today, and let me tell you, it was absolutely amazing! Despite it being super busy with a local event happening, the service was spot on. The staff were incredible—so polite and really attentive. Now, the food was something else. Everything came out piping hot and fresh. I started with the deep-fried brie, which was fantastic. It's a pretty hefty starter and definitely enough for two people, but so tasty and filling. For the main course, I went for the fish and chips, and oh my, it was the biggest portion I've ever seen! My sons had the chicken strips and a burger. I sneaked a taste of both, and they were just beautiful. The chicken was super tender and perfectly seasoned, and the burger had such mouth-watering flavours. My other son opted for the filo prawns and lasagne, and both dishes were delicious and cooked to perfection. Overall, we had a brilliant time at The Bell Inn. The food was top-notch, the atmosphere was relaxed, and the staff made the experience even better. Definitely recommend giving it a go!
Planned dinner here as looked on Google and it looked lovely. Let me tell you, it didn't disappoint. Lovely quiet garden, friendly staff and amazing food. The Steak and Ale pie was to die for. I recommend this pub 10/10
The Sunday roast here is really good! A very tasty traditional English meal with all the fixings like Yorkshire pudding and delicious mint sauce for the lamb. I highly recommend the weekend dish! We ate here a couple times this trip and played with our kiddo in the soccer field after dinner one of the nights. Great cozy vibe and they have a great bar area and senior lunch specials.
Very pleasant meal here. Good priced wine list, small, but enough choice for a pub supper. Attentive staff and I got to try my first ever alcohol free Tanqueray gin, which was excellent ! Will revisit later in the year.
Our 1st visit and was not disappointed! Food was amazing! Home cooked and huge portions! Staff friendly. Great atmosphere. Will def visit again soon
