Excellent service bar team , lovely young lady called Becky and a very pleasant middle aged man called Steve. All drinks were nice and chilled mix of alcohol and soft drinks all served in branded glasses. When ordering food Becky once again served us and did great up selling recommending peppercorn sauce to go with steak and additional chips to go with tandoori skewer's. All food was amazing. And we even had space to squeeze in a nice padding Kitchen team amazing food thanks.
Great Festive Afternoon at the Swan, staff where lovely and the food was superb, shout to Rachael for her fabulous service nothing seemed to much she went above and beyond and could really relate to our guest experience, Highly Recommend the Swan
I went to Swan restaurant for afternoon tea during my school break. It took about 45 minutes from ordering to receiving my food. When it arrived, there was a piece of burnt beef in the burger – it was inedible. I told the waiter, and they said they would replace it. After another 20 minutes, the food came again; the beef wasn't burnt, but it was still overcooked. It seems the service and food quality at this restaurant are steadily declining. I probably won't go there again.
Friendly staff on arrival was told you can choose were to sit . We ordered drinks via the app and a starter followed my our main dinner . We did not wait very long for the drinks and then the starter arrived . Very nice, best one we have had in a while . Very nice garden bar with plenty of out door seating with a few open building with table and chairs. This place has some great offers from the menu or via the app . If you join via there app you get a five pounds code to use which was great . I would imagine this place would be very busy at weekends We will be going back soon. 27/04/2023 Visited today with having a new menu. It's gone down hill both starter and main were not nice . Hunters tortillas, and surf and turf both were not up to standards . Very disappointed 😞
Absolutely love coming here with my father for a meal , The staff are absolutely superb so friendly kind and caring they make you feel so so welcome , The atmosphere is lovely so friendly and welcoming and the food is absolutely superb fresh and lovely, This is the only pub in Wirral we will both go too we are not anxious or worried about coming here , we can sit and drink a cup of tea without staff or people in the pub giving us snotty comments or weird looks , it is a really friendly pub one that I am now proud to call my local and the only one we will visit at all.
