Great value for money no where cheaper. It has two floors, ideal for customers coming off the train at Swindon railway station, plus Swindon bus station. Lots of Swindon town football club supporters in their before the matches on a Saturday afternoon.
Actually very impressed with the food here, the chicken wings, chicken strips and pizza were absolutely spot on. The venue is large on a split level. Sport is also shown at this spoons. Large aray of beers at very reasonable prices which is to expected. Definitely worth a visit when passing by
Great brekkie at Daniel arms, quiet in the morning loads of space. Breakfast is such good quality and cannot beat the price. Coffee is great as well for what it is, free refills, all for under a tenner.
The reason I am giving a one star is because my partner ordered real ale which had a very bad chemically taste to it. I can only imagine that when the pipes were cleaned there was no drink run through to make sure the chemicals are no longer in the pipes. Eventually he stopped complaining as it was getting no better. Also ordered a breakfast and had to ask for the sausages as they had not been put on the plate.
Nice pub in town and value for money but I think the mushrooms were undercooked today. The chef was in a hurry and fried them instead of baking them, so the insides were not cooked.
