We visited for bottomless brunch today, which was advertised at £35 including food and drinks. Unfortunately, our experience was quite disappointing. While the food itself was lovely, the service was extremely slow throughout. As this was a bottomless offering, the expectation is that drinks are served regularly, but due to the delays we were unable to enjoy as many drinks as were included in the experience. This significantly impacted the value and overall enjoyment. At the end of our visit, our server acknowledged that we were unhappy and kindly offered to add an extra drink. However, we later noticed that this drink had actually been added to our bill as an additional charge, which was frustrating and felt misleading. This was our first visit in a long time, and sadly it did not meet expectations. We hope you can address these service issues so future customers can have a better experience.
Rudi’s is an awesome place! Delicious food and a nice list of hand-crafted cocktails. I’ve become a regular here because of the great food and friendly service. They have Sunday roast specials as well, delicious!

Manager very good. Attended for bottomless brunch 7 people, food bad, drinks poor, slow service. Overall very poor won’t be attending again: Only think that was quick and bottomless was the water.
