We had a really nice lunch stop here, the service was really good and the food was spot on! Everything came out quickly and together which meant we all eat together. Drinks were fairly priced and came out quickly also. One slight blip to service where we had staff run after us as they “Forgot” to charge us for dessert, slightly embarrassing but over all a good experience!
Lovely roast dinner. We entered in Sunday at midday, when they open, without having booked. We were sat down and served very quickly. The roast was lovely. I had '2 meat roast' of beef and pork, and the wife had a nut roast. £12.95 for a normal roast, mine was £2 more as it was a 2 meat roast. Nice staff also.
Had a lovely summers dinner here. The food was fab, defo recommend the miso salmon. My daughter had the burger and said it was amazing. Lovely chilled atmosphere and the bar staff are very friendly. We will defo be back. Thank you.
Atmosphere was nice, had just opened so not busy and had music playing. Service was great once we were in. Now the food. Mrs MC said they were the best sausages she's ever had. I had the vegetable pie, half expecting one of those store bought in foil pies. It was absolutely amazing. Honestly couldn't fault it, properly homemade and delicious. The veg mix was great, gravy great, mash buttery. Loved it
Great beers. Apparently the food is amazing but we could only try the crisps. If we'd have arrived a few minutes later then we'd have been able to try them
