A practical matchday stop: the pub shows live sport (Sky Sports and BT Sport) on multiple TVs (four screens), so you can catch early kick-offs or the late game. It’s explicitly listed with Sports TV and opens from noon on Fridays through Sundays, making it useful pre- or post-match. On-site parking and nearby bus routes add easy access, and Crewe railway station is about 1.4 km away for those coming by train.
LGBT review . Seems safe on initial visit. Okay selection of beer . It seems a real hub of the community , staff were friendly and prices were reasonable. I will be back for sure.
They weren't kidding when they said It's a family pub.. singles not too welcome apparently 😅, they dont have a kitchen. It only works on sunday.. this is a single man's rating, as a family joint, it's a 4 star honestly..
I've not been to the Flying Lady before, but I was made to feel welcome straight away. As it was a memorial lunch for a friends husband and casual I can't really comment on anything except to say it looked lovely and cosy and nicely dressed for Christmas.
Came in got a dark fruit strongbow, lovely server from the lad who was on the bar. Very polite
Haven't had the food yet. However, great atmosphere, pool tables which are one of the cheapest I've found in Crewe. Just a nice pub with no drama and you can just go and have a nice drink with some mates. Huge smoking areas/car parks to the front and back. The toilets did smell of stale urine though so granted I'm there to just have a wee but a slight put off like they haven't cleaned them in awhile.
