If you are in doubt. Don't be. In a 3-night stay I ate here twice. It came recommended to me and I cannot pass that recommendation on enough! I walked from Cambridge north train station, a very nice walk and the reward? Unbelievable food, friendly service, dogs welcome. The pork belly with scallops was the best meal I have had in months and living in London, that says a lot! Thank you to all the staff.

The service was really slow but the food was well presented and delicious. I had the squash orzo with asparagus and crispy kale. We were there on a Thursday evening at 19:15 and it was busy. It would be a lovely place for tea or to sit out on the patio in summer. I don’t know why it only gets a 4.1 review score. The food and atmosphere are really higher than that in my opinion and experience.

Had a very enjoyable meal there, food was very good, quite incentive, but I've knocked a star off for the portion of fish not being as big as it could have been for the money. As a plus, the fish was very nicely looked, all white and fluffy under the crispy batter. The beef croquettes starter was excellent, as was the creme brulee. My wife had the soup starter, and a halloumi main, which went down very well. Yes, I know I'm being churlish about the fish portion size, but I ran out of fish before I ran out of chips and accompanying sauces!

It was a fun experience! Environment was upscale but casual and comfortable. Sushant was wonderful listening to our concerns about feeding our little before the majority of the party was settled and put their food in as soon as we were all sat ensuring a smooth meal. Dessert was a little lack luster, but the Sunday roast was heavenly.
