As I'm working down in barrow for possible next 12 month, so iv been in here a couple of times now for a carvery with about 4-6 other work mates too and each time has been good food specially after a 12hr shift. Iv had the gammon roast dinner couple of times and last time I had the turkey, the meat was bang on and veg well u can't go wrong really.. staff are nice and friendly and each time iv been its been a good atmosphere too ☺️ happy days
Late Sunday carvery after 7.00pm very quiet after very busy day especially lunchtime service. Only had turkey left on but no problem 😊 really good choice of vegetables & potato's very tasty gravy. Ordered sweet with ice-cream machine ice-cream not menu specificied. 100/100 Great meal and staff were super friendly 👌 well done everyone 👏
Just got back home after enjoying another excellent carvery. Always a warm welcome from all the staff and an extensive menu to choose from, as well as the carvery . . . which we always have! At least 3 meats to choose from ( pork, turkey and beef: you can have a slice of all of them if you want! ) lovely Yorkshire puds, crispy roast potatoes and more veggies than you can shake a stick at! Get over there and give it a go . . . the price is right, too!
All staff very friendly. Escorted to a table straight away on arrival. We ordered food which didn’t take long to be served considering restaurant being busy. Food was piping hot and very tasty. Would recommend the cheese and bacon burger with chips. Overall fantastic experience. Matthew was very friendly and attentive to ensuring we had everything we needed.
Came here while on holiday. The food was brilliant value for money. We ordered from the set menu and had 3 courses for £15.49. The chicken strips with hot honey, the pepperoni pizza and the chocolate brownie for dessert were delicious. We were served by Molly and Ashton. Their service was excellent. Would definitely recommend. Well worth a visit. 👌
