We had such a lovely time at The Royal Oak. Coner the barman was brilliant great fun, welcoming, and really went out of his way for us. He’s a huge credit to the pub. Vanessa was equally lovely and made us feel really well looked after. Excellent service all round!

It’s not my favourite place to drink in but at £3.30 for a pint of Guinness, it’s what you pay for… My Guinness was in a plastic due to the dishwasher being broken. Never had this at a pub before lol Service can also be especially slow but it’s a cheap boozer so make of that what you will They’ve since adopted a formerly stray cat which gives this place more charm though

Great little pub. Nice staff. Under new management which is much better. They're handling the covid rules really well. We will definitely be back.
