Nice pub with good layout. Could sometimes do with a few more staff on and it can be a bit chilly in there so bring a coat as they don’t put the heating on. Board games available for free and plenty of screens for football. Burgers are huge!
Great pub with friendly staff. Fantastic food - burgers, hotdogs and sides. Dine in or take out. Very big beer garden, lots of different rooms inside, two pool tables, darts, tvs showing football. Plenty of character, a cosy pub with lots of rooms and original features like mosaic floors. Can't fault it, brilliant and welcoming place.
Unbelievably friendly. Me and my wife came as away fans before County Vs Exeter City and we were welcome with open arms. Everyone we spoke to was lovely, we received great service. The beer was fantastic, only bettered by the food. Great atmosphere and lots of seating by the fire on what was a truly abysmal day. Next time I'm.in Stockport I'll make a special effort to visit. Great place 👌
I'd been in many years ago and it wasn't up to much but we'd heard it'd had a makeover so called in friday with our mates and now its going to be our new local. Loved it. Proper pub, great decor, nice pint, great atmosphere and freindly staff. I'd go as far as to say its the best pub I've been in for a good while. I'm made up that it's stumbling distance from our house. We didn't eat but will do because we've heard it's lovely.
